If you have been issued a traffic citation or criminal complaint, you may be required to appear in court. This should be clearly marked on the paperwork that you received at the time the complaint was issued. However, if you have questions, they may be answered below.

Canton Municipal Court shares the same building as the Canton Police department. The building itself sits on the south side of 2nd Ave SW and has an unusual outer wall surrounding it with a courtyard inside.

Family Court is on the 6th floor of the Key Bank building in the center of downtown Canton. This building also shares the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Carroll Court is in the middle of historic downtown Carrollton on the south side of SR-43. It looks exactly the way you may think a court house would appear and cannot be missed. You will enter from the south side of the building.
